We provide genuine parts, supported by our global logistics services, fully-trained service engineers and competent technical support. Our two-stroke engine services focus on optimization of total ship operation costs. A range of upgrading solutions target fuel efficiency, lubrication efficiency and emissions reductions. Optimized maintenance concepts, the newly launched Exchange Parts concept, industrialized component reconditioning services are all supporting the reduction of lifecycle maintenance costs.
Services & Support at Wärtsilä in Switzerland is the home for the global portfolio of service solutions for two-stroke low-speed engines and the centre of expert services and support. We provide solutions for the entire lifecycle of our engines, which cover everything from basic support with parts, field service and technical support condition based maintenance to long-term service agreements; from installation and commissioning, performance optimization, including upgrades and conversions, to environmental solutions, technical information and online support. We offer basic and advanced technical engine training at our Land and Sea Academy Training Centres.
